P5 Camp Day 4

Finally, the last day came. I was so tired of the smelly toilets and hard dormitory beds.I was in such a good mood that day.On the last day, there were no activities to participate.During breakfast, I ate heartily the breakfast was delicious!^_^We had to gather beside the canteen and the teachers told us to sweep and clean up the bunks(dormitories)and the toilet.Luckily, my group only needed to sweep our bunk instead of the toilet!:pNext, we gathered back and the teachers gave us each a present, a caribena. We kept on touching it when we where given ours.We carried our heavy bags into our bus.In the bus, some people were so happy to go home that they sang songs that were tought during the Sing-Along Prelude Session!When we reached school every pupil was happy to be able to go home.Everyone was happy exept one of my friends he said he was starting to have during the camp and it was already over, but still he also missed his home.

P5 Camp Day 3

When I woke up in the morning,the time was 6.30a.m. in the morning I went to the toilet and saw that there were some boys that were already awake before me and when I came back from the toilet I was shocked to see that most of the boys in the bunk were awake and rolling up their sleeping bags.
I waited for very long to do the Multi-Line Traverse so i did not get to try it as the sirens were sounded.Next, my group went to change into our wet shoes and get ready to do rafting.Unfortunately, there was a heavy rain and we could not build our raft or go out to sea.I still liked the activity because the instructor teached us how to tie several types of knots.
During lunch, my group went to the canteen to shelter from the rain but we were at the sides of the canteen so some pupils were told to sit at the teachers table and I was one of them.The lunch was not of much food to me as i ate only a bit of food as my friends and I had again no appetite to eat much because of the rain.We were sent to our bunks to rest first while the rain calms.Our teacher sounded the siren half an hour's time and my group was supposed to get ready for our next activity,kayaking! My group loved the kayaking session we were told to go out to sea and gather together it was a fun experience.At first I was scared of dropping my glasses in the sea if my team's kayak were to capsize.Next activity was rockwall climbing.The challenge was that we were only allowed to choose three different colour rocks.I only managed to climb halfway and I had no energy to move on.
During dinner,my group at the dinner in a hurry as we were very tired after the rockwall climbing.Again we had the singing session but today was special, we get to have a campfire in front of us! Next, there was a dancing competition among the groups. We had to choose a representativefor the dancing competition. We had supper and and went to our bunks to sleep.

P5 Camp Day 2

In the morning, my group ate breakfast and we did these activities:

General Station
Single Log

I liked the General Station as it needed teamwork and it was fun doing the activities.During the Single Log activity, I didi not like the part where we have to walk across a single log.Next, was lunch I was very tired so I gobbled up my food in a few minutes.

After lunch, my group went to do the Burma Bridge .It was a fun experience as it was not as scary as the Single Log activity.When my group finished the activity we went to the Challenge Pole we had to climb up a pole and try to junp and grab a pole above you when i looked down, I was so scared to jump.

At night,we sung songs like The Baby Bumble Bee.I enjoyed I the session as the lyrics for the songs were easy to remember.During supper, we had milo and curry puffs.After supper, I did my reflections and we were told to go to our bunks to get ready to sleep.Again I was sure I could not be able to sleep.

P5 Camp Day 1

In the morning we did the abseiling it was fun but when you are at the top you will have a feeling of dropping down the three storey high wall.
next we did the zip-line(flying fox) i did not try it as it was raining very heavily and there was no time to do it.During lunch,I had very little appetite to eat as it was raining.
At night, the Sing-Along Prelude was fun as we get to sing songs that are normally sung during campfires.During supper, I was so hungry I ate two buns.After that I went to take a shower. Next, we went to our bunks to sleep I could not sleep as my friend did sleep and he made so much noise.I slept at 12a.m.
